The John Q. Hammons Hotels management team provides experience and expertise for the management of each hotel and ensures the financial success of the company. The team works with each property to identify sales opportunities, manage food and beverage services and oversee the operations of each hotel, ensuring a quality lodging experience, rewarding employee tenure and the fiscal health of the hotel.
 

Sales & Marketing:
 
Recognizing that each property is an expert in their own market, our management team works with each hotel to develop new sales strategies. We help train each property to gain further expertise in sales and revenue management.
 

Food & Beverage:
 
John Q. Hammons Hotels manages nearly all of the restaurants and catering services within our hotels, creating custom menus that are tailored to each specific market. We help ensure a higher level of quality and consistency, far above what our brands require.
 

Human Resources:
 
Our employees possess great pride in their hotels and we assist our properties in maintaining and rewarding this loyalty. We develop employee training programs, benefit packages and a safe, satisfying work environment for all our associates.
 

Operations:
 
Our five regional vice presidents work hands-on with the hotels in their market to help ensure that all departments of the hotel are on pace to reach their operational and financial goals.
